Renovation Works cover any projects or plans that you have through from planning to producing certificates for works completed.
THAT’S WHERE WE STEP IN
Being a Multi Trade company we can cater for every trade needed, every step of the way with a dedicated project manager overseeing the works making sure they are carried out to the schedule making us the ideal choice to carry out your refurbishment project. However big or small the project may be, were here to help.
We will send one of our experienced project managers to discuss your plans so we can get a detailed vison of what you want to achieve. Following this we will draw up an estimated plan of action and an outlined cost for the works to be carried out. This will include what we are and what we will not be responsible for making it clear for everyone prior to works being started. Once plans and fee’s have been agreed by both parties this is when a scheduled date will be set for the works to commence.
Our Plumbers can also carry out bathroom renovation works.
This can include changing old fixtures and fittings, changing an old to a new one, or installing shower units.
We also carry out new flooring and tiling renovations.
In the case of an emergency, we will always strive to get one of our engineers out to you as soon as we possibly can.

RENOVATION WORKS
- Quotation– detailed costing including all labour and materials for all refurbishment options discussed.
- Project Manager– We will assign one of our experienced Project Managers to oversee the project. This will be your point of contact throughout the project and they will be able to keep you up to date with the works being carried out, answering any queries you may have along the way.
- Site visits– This is where we can advise on possible outcomes and working processes for the project to make sure we meet the planned time and budget.
- Project Finalised Discussion– We will then discuss the final details with your assigned project manager before the works can start.
- Ongoing site visits – Site visits will be carried out at regular intervals to make sure all works are going ahead as planned, determine if any changes need to be made to the schedule.
- Snagging/Completion– A snagging process will then take place with the Project Manager and surveyor to ensure final snagging tasks have been carried out and the project can be signed off.
